Surveying the Land

A piece done for the Shining Force Art contest on [link] .

I wanted to show here Max surveying the lands he helped free from demonic rule nearly 20 years earlier. Peace has finally come over the land and he looks on at the sprawling beauty, content in his accomplishments.

I went for a very loose look here, and used a crayon-like brush. Its almost impressionistic.
