Alice Ninehart - FOT portrait

Character for a sci-fi project I am developing, and first mentioned in a journal back around 2012. I plan on playing Fallout Tactics again so I decided to create a custom portrait for use in-game with this character. This piece was done using an oil brush I have in addition to the usual hard round brush on different opacities. I see in hindsight I should have sharpened up the piece some more.
